Anubias Spear Leaf is comparable in size and appearance to Anubias Nana Petite, but with a pointed leaf shape similar to sp. Pangolino. It is an easy aquatic plant that works well in nano aquariums. It features emerald tones and a distinctive midrib vein down leaf centers for some textural interest. Like most Anubias, Nana Spear Leaf is a great beginner aquarium plant. It is adaptable and tolerates a range of conditions. Being an epiphytic plant, it can be attached directly to driftwood, aquarium rocks, or any tank decor using cotton thread of glue. Keep the rhizomes above any substrate to prevent rot and that’s nearly it! Propagation is easy and straightforward; simply cut or pull apart rhizomes to be replanted/reattached.
