Bucephalandra Pearl Grey is a lovely Bucephalandra plant that originates from Indonesia. This easy aquarium plant features broad, rounded leaves that display deep emerald tones with a silvery sheen when grown under aquarium lights. Like others in the family, this Buce is often considered beginner-friendly. It is hardy in most conditions and takes some effort to cause serious damage to the plant.
Thanks to its resilience, it can grow happily in a wide variety of planted setups. Whether you have a low tech planted aquarium or a terrarium filled with rare aroids, this plant is a sure fit. To grow it, attach it to a porous surface like driftwood or rock and place as desired. In planted aquaria, we recommend choosing a spot with good flow and supplementing with CO2 and quality fertilizer. Once mature, Bucephalandra Pearl Grey can be propagated by separating the rhizome and reattaching. A great low-effort, high-reward aquatic plant!
